We are a new authentic Korean Restaurant (Serve No Pork) base in Kota Kinabalu, We are looking for experience and enthusiastic individuals to join our team

**Responsibilities**:

- Cashier_
- Managing operation task, customer service and cashier task
- Welcome customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- Support floor and kitchen team
- Cash register operation in all tender payments (Cash, Credit Card, Debit Card, etc)
- Ensure that all payments are received accurately, correctly and entered into the cash register machine(Cash Register)
- Manage all transaction efficiently and honestly
- Multi-tasking of various front and back of the house duties such as assisting store, organizing stock, assisting packing, checking stock, daily cleaning job and sanitizing of the cashier's counter
- Able to perform all kinds of restaurant shop work, for example packaging, attending customers, handling phone call for bookings and assisting their needs
- Service Crew_
- Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all food is presented in an appealing manner and meets quality standards.
- Clear tables and ensure cleanliness in the dining area.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas before and after service.
- Support kitchen staff during peak hours, including food preparation when necessary.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations in food handling and cleanliness.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including dining and kitchen areas.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

**Requirements**:

- At least 1-2 years of experience in this field
- Good communication in Malay, English (Chinese and Korean language is an advantage)
- Pleasant, Friendly, confident and patient with customers
- Serious at work, punctual and good attendance
- Passion for Korean cuisine and culture is an advantage
- Able to work on rotating shifts, work on weekends and public holidays
