**Job responsibilities**:
1. This position is responsible for the oversight of all operations that involved the development and support of information systems.
2. Direct the development, implementation and administration of all IT.
3. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of technology products and services to all outlets.
4. Manage multiple areas of technology and multiple departments.
5. Oversee new system facilitation, current system enhancements.
7. Define and improve all system and network operations processes.
8. Negotiate contracts with manufacturers for all software, hardware and consulting services.
10. Maintain proper record on support & services provided to users.
11. Manage external vendor relationships and services.
12. As a support team to back ends office, warehouse, outlets etc on the matter related to information technology.
13. To ensure on internet services, POS system, merchant machine is in order for all the outlets, back ends office, warehouse & etc.
**General requirements**:
1. Minimum of 3 year(s) experience in IT management role or similar.
2. Highly advanced analytical abilities with operational vision.
3. Minimum Diploma - Bachelor Degree preferred in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration or other related field.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
