Packaging & Cutting Helper

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in cutting, slicing, and portioning raw food ingredients according to product requirements.
- Support the packaging of finished food products, ensuring proper labeling, sealing, and presentation.
- Operate basic cutting tools and packaging equipment safely and efficiently.
- Inspect products for quality, weight, and consistency during both cutting and packaging processes.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of cutting tools, work surfaces, and packaging areas.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety guidelines (e.g., GMP and HACCP).
- Assist with loading packaged items into boxes or containers for storage or delivery.
- Dispose of food waste and packaging materials in a clean and organized manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor to support overall production operations.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a food production or factory setting is an advantage, but not required.
- Ability to handle knives and cutting tools safely.
- Strong attention to detail and focus on hygiene and quality.
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and handle repetitive tasks.
- Willing to work in cold or wet environments and follow all food safety protocols.
- Team player with a positive and reliable work ethic.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
