Manage company’s social media channels etc Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and all related platforms. - To attend and respond all messages, comments and queries from agents and customers via online and offline purchasing platform. - To attend all inquiries including the products, the problems, and to provide the delivery options (example COD, postage etc). - To assist in provide the after sales service. - To create, maintain, update records and database. - To manage the customer's order in the system (example vsuite system). - Create social media posting including “Live” in HQ pages, “Personal” FB pages, and any other platform based on the schedule. - Creates dynamic written, graphic, and video content. - Creates content that promotes audience interaction, increases audience presence on company sites, and encourages audience participation. - Proposes new ideas and concepts for social media content. - Analyses audience information and demographics, and success of existing social media projects. - Works as part of a team, with marketing and social media team members to coordinate ad campaigns with social media strategy. - Uses timelines and scheduled content to create a consistent stream of new content for audience interaction while analysing, managing, and altering schedules where necessary to optimize visits. - Prepare reports on campaigns based on analytics. - Use analytics tools to gauge the success of campaigns. - Research industry innovations and tools. - Update posts to include relevant keywords for search engine optimization. - Do "Live" session in HQ pages or any other platform according to the schedule that has been set. - Any other tasks or adhoc tasks as assign by the Management.
