Pmc Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in reviewing quantities and delivery timelines of general contracts.
- Prepare quotations for new client products, Check and confirm invoicing notices prepared by team members.
- Material and Production Planning: Monitor material logistics based on production capacity, production plans, and shipping schedules. Develop and track monthly procurement plans.
- Coordinate relationships between departments during the production process.
- Supervise inventory and materials. Confirm scrapping processes for defective materials and products to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Stay updated on production status and adjust plans based on customer requirements.
- Manage communications and relationships with external vendors.
- Propose, analyze, implement, and enforce corrective and preventive measures.
- Guide and oversee the work of team members.
- Enforce company safety and environmental policies in production.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma or equivalent; with minimum _**5 years’ experience in PMC Planner**_ role
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin as a working language, understanding Japanese is an advantage.
- Familiar with ISO9001 and ISO14000 standard.
- Good communication and coordination skills and able to work with people at all levels and with different backgrounds.
