**Position**:
**Job Responsibility**:

- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets as assigned by the Superior.
- Follow all the sales & operations processes and requirements according to the Company policies.
- Act as a brand ambassador by demonstrating high level of product & brand knowledge and customer service.
- Achieve high customer satisfaction to build long term relationships between the brand and customers. This includes to work closely with customers on after service issues.
- Respect, support and work efficiently with everyone to create a dynamic team.
- Support events, activities and change of visual merchandising with the marketing team.
- Participate in stock count.
- Co-ordinate with the logistic team on daily delivery schedule.
- Maintain the best boutique conditions at all times. E.g. cleanliness, safety, security etc.
- Support all ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Superior.

**Job Requirement**:

- At least 3 years solid experience in retail operations with successful track record gained from high-end luxury retail industry
- Sales-oriented and resulted-oriented
- Excellent customer servicing skills
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English, Malay & Mandarin (to serve Mainland Chinese Customers)
- Self-motivated, team player, positive thinking, creative and effective
- High integrity, ethics and values
