**Position**: Van Driver
**Basic Salary**: RM1,700 (Negotiate)
**Fixed Allowances**:

- Attendance Allowance: RM300
- Mobile Phone Allowance: RM100

**Incentives**:

- Delivery Rate: RM2.00 per carton (applicable to Egg & Jelly deliveries)
- Outstation Allowance: RM50.00 per trip ( If necessary)

**Job Description**:

- Drive company vans to deliver or collect goods, materials, or passengers to and from specified locations.
- Load and unload items ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
- Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely deliveries.
- Perform routine vehicle checks to ensure safety and cleanliness.
- Maintain accurate delivery records, including delivery times and signatures.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members.
- Ensure compliance with road safety regulations and company policies.
- Report any vehicle issues, accidents, or delays immediately.
- Assist in warehouse or loading operations when needed.

**Requirements**:

- Valid driver’s license (Category D or equivalent).
- Proven experience as a van or delivery driver preferred.
- Clean driving record.
- Good knowledge of local roads and routes.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items if required.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Punctual, trustworthy, and self-motivated
