**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure warehouse stock records are kept up to date on a daily basis.
- Perform regular stock check and monitoring of incoming and outgoing stock to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Monitor stock movement and records to ensure records are up to date and accurate.
- Assist in monitoring stock level.
- Prepare and manage transfer of stock in system and schedule.
- Prepare and maintain related schedules and reports.
- Ensure all documentation are properly filed and maintained.
- Implement safety standards for warehousing and distribution in respect of storage, packing, handling and protection of goods.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth flow of operation and goods movement.
- Continuously instill and implement good housekeeping, safety and security policies and procedures.
- Undertake and perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by the superior/management from time to time.
