Waiter / Waitress

Ensure that our guests receive prompt, friendly and personalized service. Listen and respond to guests’ questions.
- Provide a friendly greeting to guests and explain our menu.
- Solve our guests’ need by suggestively selling our food and beverage items.
- Accommodate our guests’ time restrictions through timely service and double-checking.
- Take orders for the meal and input order correctly into the IFCA system.
- Act as a final check on the quality of food and beverage items before they are served.
- Assist management in maintaining standards by reporting any problems in your surroundings.
- Notify F&B Executive of specific guests’ needs and requests while visiting hotel.
- Perform all assigned opening / running / closing duties.
- Assist other servers in other stations by clearing tables of all used plates, glassware, etc. (where applicable). And by bussing tables and spot sweeping, as needed.
- Assist the service bartender by ringing up beverage orders accurately and ordering all drinks efficiently and correctly.
- Assist the dishwasher by racking glasses properly, continuously restocking clean plates and glasses (as applicable).
- Assist the kitchen expediter, cooks, and outside expediter by ringing orders accurately, and by correctly filling out re-cook requests.
- To perform any additional functions in other sections where appropriate or any tasks as directed by the Management.

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
