Duties and Responsibilities:

- Update clients on their request status accordingly.
- Promote available products and services to clients.
- Handle client inquiries appropriately and ensure that high-level service is provided.
- Cooperate effectively with other departments as required.
- Contribute to team effort by achieving targeted results.
- Escalate the issue to the appropriate specialist when needed.
- Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by the manager.

Qualifications required:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business administration or a related field
- Previous experience in Customer Service/ Support is required
- Previous experience within the FX industry will be considered an advantage
- Excellent oral and written skills in the Thai language (Native speaker will be an advantage)
- Good communication skills in English will be considered an advantage
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- Troubleshooting and multitasking skills
- Customer service orientation
- Able to pay attention to detail
- Self-motivation and reliability
