**About the Role**:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented **IT Executive** to join our growing team at UBASE Asia. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure by providing hands-on technical support, resolving issues efficiently, and assisting in maintaining secure and high-performing IT systems.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Provide remote assistance and guide users through solutions step-by-step
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate IT personnel and follow up to ensure resolution
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals (e.g., printers, VoIP phones)
- Monitor IT systems to ensure performance and security compliance
- Manage user accounts, access rights, and IT permissions
- Document IT incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions accurately
- Support implementation of IT policies and procedures
- Conduct internal training or awareness sessions on IT best practices
- Liaise with external vendors for IT-related purchases or services
- Recommend improvements in IT operations and infrastructure
**What We’re Looking For**:
**Education & Experience**:
- Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- Prior experience in an IT support/help desk environment
- Strong troubleshooting abilities across hardware, software, and networking
**Technical Skills**:
- Familiarity with Windows, macOS, and basic networking concepts
- Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity best practices
**Soft Skills**:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Calm, patient, and customer-focused under pressure
- Able to work independently and collaboratively
**Language Requirement**:
- **Must be able to communicate fluently in both English and Mandarin** to client in Taiwan.
**Work Requirements**:
- Willingness to work on shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
**Bonus Qualifications (Not Mandatory)**:
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, or CCNA
- Internship or experience in a BPO or call center environment

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
