1. Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for company’s business unit with the objectives of achieving sales target.
2. Able to conduct market analysis and competition monitoring in order to improve product marketability and profitability.
3. Prepare the monthly sales budget & forecast, sales revenue, sales and marketing operating expenses report.
4. Able to carry out feasibility study & provide quotation in respond to customer RFQ in shortest lead time.
5. Responsible to maintain a good relationship with the customer and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
6. Lead marketing & sales team in order to maintain & comply to company ISO 9001 procedures & process flow.
7. Able to work hard to achieve monthly sales target.
8. Develop new customer, obtain sales, retention of sales for company business long term goals.
9. Lead a team of various function in new projects meeting, capacity planning, technical meeting, process study, jig design & prototype sample submission.
10. Prepare new project meeting minutes, gantt chart, follow up to meet customer target date.

**Requirements**:
1. Possess a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Sales or Marketing, Business or other relevant field.
2. Minimum 3-5 years experiences in sheet metal or metal stamping industry.
3. Must be self-driven to meet sales target and objectives as set out by company.
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills with attitude in building relationships with professionals in all organizational levels.
5. Creative, innovative and analytically thinking with attention to details.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Office, Words, Power Point & Outlook.
7. Possess good leadership skills.

Our manufacturing plant covers an area of 155,400 sq. ft. of prime industrial land strategically located in the fast growing Perusahaan Ringan Bakar Arang, Sungai Petani, Kedah, Malaysia.
