**Responsibilities**:

- Assist Department Head in manage a department.
- Responsible for monthly sales achievements.
- To carry out day-to-day operations and perform good customer services.
- You will be assigned under department (English / Malay / Chinese / Revision / Stationery / Multimedia / CD Rama) as designated by the Management.

**Requirements**:

- STPM / Certificate holder with or without working experience.
- Possess good teamwork and always customer oriented.
- Strong interest and passionate to work in retail industry.
- Able to work in shift hours, weekends & public holidays.
- Proficient in Mandarin is an added advantage.
