Golfing Assistant

**1. Assist Resident Golf Professional in conducting Golf lesson.**

Attend to customers/golfer’s enquiries and registration for Golfing Lesson.

Conduct golf lesson for registered customers/golfer’s either at Driving Range or golf course.

Prepare golf lesson schedule and monitor trainee’s progress and performance.

Prepare in advance all the necessary documentation required for golf lesson.

Liaise with Resident Golf Pro on the issuance of proficiency card, certificate etc. upon completion of golf lesson.

**2. Assist Resident Golf Professional in conducting Golf Proficiency and Handicap Test.**

Attend to customers/golfer’s enquiries and registration for proficiency and handicap test.

Prepare in advance all the necessary documentation required for the proficiency and handicap test to take place.

Assist Resident Golf Pro in conducting proficiency and handicap test either at Driving Range or Golf Course.

Liaise with Resident Golf Pro on the issuance of Proficiency Card, Handicap Certificate and handicap registration with MGA (NHS).

**3. Supervision over Driving Range & Putting Green.**

Liaise with Driving Range Operator in the maintenance of fairways, turf, building cleanliness etc.

Liaise with Maintenance and landscaping Department in the maintenance of putting green.

Assist in repair divots, raking bunkers, weeding of weeds and other related repair of putting green and the surrounding area.

**4. Others**

Ensure the golf lesson, proficiency and handicap test conduct is in accordance with the ISO procedures and to establish and maintain documentation and record in orderly manner.

Assist in organizing golf tournament

Perform other duties as and when required by the Management from time to time.
