- Superstore (Well-known branded Superstore in JB)**:

- **Location: Pandan, Johor Bahru, 81100**:

- **Working hours: 5 days, 8.45am
- 6.30pm**

**Main Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and handle full set account and profit and loss account as well as balance sheet.
- Prepare monthly Management report, Cash Flow Forecast, Aging and Financial Analysis Report.
- Perform monthly reconciliation works:

- Bank Reconciliation
- Cash Reconciliation
- Intercompany Aging Reconciliation
- Sales and Purchase Reconciliation
- Liaise with Auditor and Tax Agent on Yearly Account Audit.
- Produce and organize filing system.
- Handling budget and control Company expenses.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma in Accounting &/or ACCA qualification.
- Minimum 1-2 years relevant working experience
- Computer Literate with good MS Excel skill.
- Attentive to detail and meet datelines.
- Computer literate (AutoCount System & MS Office) & multilingual.
- Preferred language (s): English
- Working 5 days a week
