**HOSTEL MANAGEMENT**

**Housekeeping**
- Oversee and monitor the daily cleanliness thru group whatsapp.
- Ensure that quality standards for cleanliness, all beds, bathroom and common area are met.
- Coordinate regular inspection and conduct an audit to ensure the quality standards for cleanliness.
- To take action on any issue raised (repairing or replacing).

**Maintenance**
- Oversee the management and maintenance of hostel facilities.
- Perform general maintenance and minor fixes.
- Ensure hostel facilities in proper working order.

**Hostel Setup**
- To survey and propose hostel location for new outlet opening
- To review and ensure the tenancy agreement is on requirement
- Liaise with the purchasing department to purchase hostel items and delivery arrangements
- To record all the hostel items in the inventory report.

**Hostel Report & Documentation**
- Maintain an updated record of hostel occupancy.
- Maintain an updated record of hostel inventory
- Oversee the usage and update record for hostel utilities bill

**Attend to Ad-Hoc Issues**
- Handle any unforeseen or unexpected issues that arise within the hostel.
- Manage emergency situations, such as a fire alarm, power outage, or security incident, and take appropriate action to ensure safety and compliance with company policies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
