Job Description '¢ To assist department on conducting weekly safety walkthrough & inspection. Membantu jabatan menjalankan pemeriksaan & pemeriksaan keselamatan mingguan. '¢ To assist the department during external audits such as SWA Audit, Ikea I-Way Audit, DOSH Audit and others. Untuk membantu jabatan semasa audit luaran seperti SWA Audit, Ikea I-Way Audit, DOSH Audit dan lain-lain. '¢ To assist the department to conduct in-house safety & health training and involvement in other Safety and Health Awareness programs, promotions and activities. Untuk membantu jabatan menjalankan latihan keselamatan & kesihatan dalaman dan penglibatan dalam program, promosi dan Aktiviti Kesedaran Keselamatan Dan Kesihatan lain. '¢ To monitor and maintain of all safety signage and Safety & Health information board within the company's premise. Untuk memantau dan menyelenggara semua papan tanda keselamatan dan papan maklumat Keselamatan & Kesihatan di sekitar premis syarikat '¢ To manage first aid box inventory and assist the department to conduct Safety and Health incident investigation on accident, unsafe act and unsafe condition. Untuk menguruskan inventori kotak pertolongan cemas dan membantu jabatan menjalankan siasatan kejadian Keselamatan dan Kesihatan mengenai kemalangan, tindakan tidak selamat dan keadaan tidak selamat. '¢ Manage fire extinguishers and emergency light monthly checks. Menguruskan pemadam kebakaran dan pemeriksaan bulanan cahaya kecemasan. '¢ To manage stock, storage, issuance, usage and monitor on compliance of PPE among workers and contractors in the company premise. Untuk menguruskan stok, penyimpanan, pemberian, penggunaan dan memantau kepatuhan PPE dalam kalangan pekerja dan kontraktor di sekitar premis syarikat. '¢ To assist and monitor deep sanitization to prevent disease transmission within factory Menjalankan dan memastikan kerja pembersihan mendalam yang dijalankan adalah mengikut standard untuk mencegah penularan penyakit di premis syarikat. '¢ To assist in Disease Prevention and Control Activity implementation and documentation around the premise Membantu pelaksanaan dan pendokumentasian Aktiviti Pencegahan dan Pengawalan Penyakit di sekitar premis. 'ƒ '¢ To monitor sanitization activity for supplier vehicles Untuk memantau aktiviti pembersihan kenderaan pembekal. '¢ To monitor body temperature and health screening for all department Untuk memantau suhu badan dan pemeriksaan kesihatan untuk semua jabatan. '¢ Perform any interdepartmental transfer or ad hoc basis as and when instructed by superior. Melakukan pemindahan antara jabatan atau ad hoc berdasarkan dan apabila diperintahkan oleh pegawai atasan. '¢ Performs other duties as assigned by superior from time to time.
