IT Executive

**Pure Mylk Sdn Bhd** is a rapidly growing plant-based milk manufacturer dedicated to producing high-quality, sustainable, and nutritious dairy alternatives. As part of our expansion, we are looking for a reliable and hands-on **IT Executive** to provide first-level IT support to our factory operations team. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth daily operations across production, QA, warehouse, and office environments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide on-site IT support to production, QA, warehouse, and office staff to minimize system downtime.
- Learn and assist in supporting ERP, factory systems, and production-related software under supervision.
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets, including PCs, laptops, printers, and software licenses.
- Assist in monitoring data backup, antivirus, and system security compliance.
- Document and report IT issues, resolutions, and pending tasks to the management team.
- Perform other IT-related tasks as assigned by management.

**Requirements**:

- Min Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in IT support, preferably in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
- Good knowledge of Windows OS, networking, hardware troubleshooting, and software setup.
- Familiarity with ERP systems or production-related software is an added advantage.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
- Able to work independently with a hands-on and service-oriented attitude.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken).
- Pleasant personality, positive attitude, and ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
