**About the Role**

This is a hybrid role that combines hands-on IT support with the creation and maintenance of high-quality technical documentation to enhance user experience and reduce support overhead.

**Key Responsibilities**

**IT Support**:

- Provide first
- and second-level technical support to Software users across our company developed Cloud Fixed Asset System.
- Assist in system project implementation (system configuration)

**Technical Writing**:

- Create, edit, and maintain user manuals, technical guides, SOPs, troubleshooting articles, and FAQs for internal and external users.
- Ensure all documentation is consistent in tone, style, and format.
- Maintain and update documentation to reflect system changes and upgrades.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in IT support or a similar technical role.
- Strong proficiency in English - both written and verbal - is **essential**.
- Experience with technical writing and documentation tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Demonstrated ability to **focus, work independently, and maintain a high level of attention to detail**, especially when troubleshooting or documenting processes.

**Nice to Have**
- Prior experience writing documentation for SaaS products.
- Basic understanding of networking and cloud services.
- Graphic design or illustration skills for documentation visuals.
