**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop high-quality graphic designs for marketing materials, advertisements, brochures, websites, social media, and product packaging.
- Ensure consistency in design across all brand assets and channels, maintaining a cohesive visual identity.
- Work with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, and development) to understand design requirements and deliver creative solutions that meet business goals.
- Take part in brainstorming and concept development, translating ideas into actionable designs.
- Engage with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to discuss design needs, provide updates, and incorporate feedback.
- Make revisions to designs based on feedback and ensure final designs meet the required specifications.
- Prepare final design files for production or online use, ensuring all assets are organized and easily accessible.
- Keep up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices, and implement them into your work.

**Requirements**:

- At least Diplomain Multimedia, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent work experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in graphic design or a related field, preferably in property industry.
- Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other relevant tools.
- Knowledge of video editing and motion graphics software like After Effects is a plus.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work, including digital and print projects.
- Strong eye for design, typography, and color theory with an understanding of how to create effective visual communication.
- Ability to handle multiple projects at once and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting ideas and receiving feedback.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
