**Responsibilities**:
- Involve in the planning, directing, coordinating, monitoring and supervising the operations of warehouse.
- To ensure warehouse area is always controlled. Only authorize person are allow to enter.
- Responsible for managing and maintaining all incoming materials & finished goods are arrange proper and in good condition.
- Oversee and manage logistics utilized to transport products to customers and internal facilities, communicating with drivers and air partners to ensure efficient delivery of packages
- Develop and implement of FIFO best practices
- Ensure proper handling of loading and unloading of finished goods and materials into/from truck for local or export market.
- To communicate with respective/related departments on inventory level status and others store’s activities.
- To prepare Raw Material Requisition Form for Purchasing Department on monthly basis.
- To decide/advice incoming raw material unloading location - Plant 1 or Plant 2
- Responsible for inventory update and reporting.
- Ensure all related Delivery Order & invoices are checked for all incoming & outgoing shipment. If found any discrepancy/irregularities must report immediately.
- Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls.
- Promote safe and zero injury working environment among subordinates.
- Foster innovation culture and improve work flow among subordinates.
- Take full responsibility on warehouse’s 5S, continual improvement of company’s quality management system and approved procedures implementation.
- As company’s Management representative
- To undertake any other related jobs directed by the superior/management from time to time.

**Requirements**:
- Academy

Possess minimum diploma, advanced/higher, bachelor’s degree or professional degree in relevant field and good in mathematics.
- Experience

Possess 3-5 years working experience in related field.
- Skill

Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. Computer literate
Possess of ISO & UKAS knowledge.
Able to work independently with minimum or no supervision.
Work effectively and efficiently in highly collaborative team environment.
Keen for new experience, responsibility and accountability. Able to get on with others and be a team-player.

**Personality**: People oriented, leadership skills, interpersonal skills, self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, mature, credible, and comfortable in dealing with colleagues. Reliable, tolerant, and determined. Good communication skill, able to see things from the other person's point of view. Willing to participate in company activities/events.
