Only Local Malaysian preferred

**Position Objective**
- The UI/UX Designer assists in the design of user journeys and development of wireframes, ensuring design work is consistent with design and brand standards, analytics insights and customer feedback.
- He/She coordinates consultation sessions with stakeholders to gather requirements and needs, conducts research on user needs and behavior, market and industry trends, as well as comparable experiences to support the development of user experience (UX).
- He/She assists in usability assessments and tests, and analyses the pros and cons of refinements and iterations

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Conduct research on user needs and behavior
- Conduct research on the market, industry trends, competitors, and comparable experiences
- Evaluates overall user experience concept and design specifications, and advises stakeholders on the feasibility of UI solutions, customer journey and recommends alternatives
- Synthesise findings and insights from research and feedback to develop design iterations
- Explore the enhancement of UI designs based on new and innovative technologies

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Knowledge of customer experience management best practices
- Familiar with concepts like customer journey, customer touchpoints, KYC etc.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English.

- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
