**Job brief**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to understand project/campaign requirements and develop design concepts that align with marketing strategies and objectives.
- Produce high-quality designs that effectively communicate brand messaging and engage the target audience.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to brainstorm ideas, provide design recommendations, and incorporate feedback into final deliverables.
- Stay updated on design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design skills and techniques.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Participate in design review meetings and contribute to the creative direction of projects.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative design work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software.
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, and visual hierarchy.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in motion graphics, video editing, or web design is a plus.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
