Location: Setapak, Kuala Lumpur

Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Monday-Friday)

About the Role

We are looking for a young motivated and confident Telemarketer in Setapak. This role involves engaging with customers over the phone, promoting products or services, and providing excellent customer support.

Requirements:

- Education:

- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification in any related field.

**Experience**:

- Experienced in telemarketing or customer service is advantage.

**Skills**:

- Strong communication and persuasive skills (English & Bahasa Malaysia).
- Confident speaking over the phone with a positive, professional tone.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office / Excel).
- Able to handle rejection and maintain a positive mindset.

Others:

- Willing to work weekends or extended hours when necessary.
