**Key Responsibilities**: Website Management: Oversee the maintenance and regular updates of the company website to ensure content is current, engaging, and optimized for user experience. Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic search rankings. This includes keyword research, on-page optimization, and backlink development. Search Engine Marketing (SEM): Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads to drive targeted traffic and generate leads. Social Media Management: Develop and manage content across various social media platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement. Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies accordingly. Content Creation: Produce high-quality, relevant content for blogs, newsletters, and other digital channels to attract and retain customers. Analytics and Reporting: Utilize tools like Google Analytics to monitor website and campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to inform strategy. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives and product offerings. **Qualifications**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Preferably > 2 years experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO, SEM, and content creation. However, fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social media management tools. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
