**Job Summary**:
Responsible to provide live time support to online customer and manage e-store operation.

**Job Descriptions**:
Live Chat
- Deliver the best services to customers to ensure the highest customer satisfaction.
- Develop report on the Customer Service performance.
- Assisting in reviewing health metrics of e-store (i.e., response rate, responded chat rate, store rating, etc.) and implementing improvement plan.
- Provide e-store insights to improve customer shopping experience.

Operations
- Track, manage and follow-up returns, damage, missing, or refunds orders of e-commerce platform manager and/ or customers.
- Co-ordination of e-commerce to optimize e-store operations including content/ campaign, stock levels, assortment, ratings & reviews, search, pricing, live chat, customer service and livestreaming.
- Communicate with cross department (SCM, Customer Service, Finance department) for e-commerce operation related matters

Ad-hoc support for e-commerce operation and sales order matters

**Job Requirements**:

- At least Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
- Previous working experience in customer service or e-commerce field is an added advantage
- Required work during Saturday and Public Holiday, shift days: 5 days a week
- Normal working hour: 9am-6pm; Campaign period will have late night shift
- Able to work in fast-paced environment
- Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Office location: 1 Powerhouse, Bandar Utama
