**Key Responsibilities**:
- Submit a minimum of **three qualified resumes each week** into the recruitment system
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to understand and align with hiring needs
**Requirements**:
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years in HR, talent acquisition, or recruitment
- **Language**: Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
- **Work Environment**: Reliable computer and a stable internet connection within a quiet, professional home office setup
- **Work Style**: Able to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines in a flexible remote setting
**Compensation**:
- **Base Salary**: $200 - $400 per month (based on experience)
- **Commission**: Additional performance-based commission offered
