RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, and repairing of all the Heating, Ventilation and Air-Conditioning (HVAC) systems, inclusive of all the mechanical
- & electrical-powered machines/equipment
- Perform preventive/ predictive maintenance checks
- Attend to complaints, inspections, setup and reparation as requested by the Management and tenants
- Supervise appointed contractors to carry out maintenance and repair works
- Report any potential problems/ hazards to the supervisor and take remedial action

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- SKM / Certificate / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 2 years working experience in similar capacity
- Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and Public Holidays

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
