**Tanggungjawab**:

- Menyelia dan memimpin pasukan operator soldering dalam menjalankan kerja harian.
- Memastikan semua kerja soldering (manual dan rework) dijalankan mengikut standard kualiti dan SOP.
- Memberi latihan dan tunjuk ajar kepada pekerja baru tentang teknik soldering yang betul.
- Membuat pemeriksaan kualiti (visual inspection) ke atas hasil soldering bagi memastikan tiada defect seperti cold solder, solder bridge, dll.
- Berkomunikasi dengan QA/Engineering jika terdapat isu teknikal atau kualiti.
- Memastikan penggunaan peralatan soldering dalam keadaan baik dan diselenggara dengan betul.
- Menyediakan laporan harian pengeluaran dan kualiti kepada penyelia atau pihak atasan.

**Kelayakan**:

- Mempunyai **pengalaman dalam soldering (manual dan/atau SMT rework)** sekurang-kurangnya 1 tahun.
- Pengalaman memimpin pasukan adalah satu kelebihan.
- Boleh bertutur dalam **Bahasa Cina**.
- Mempunyai pengetahuan tentang standard IPC (contohnya IPC-A-610) adalah satu kelebihan.
- Teliti, bertanggungjawab, dan mampu bekerja mengikut masa pengeluaran yang ketat.
- Boleh bekerja mengikut syif (jika diperlukan).
- Pengalaman dalam industri elektronik atau EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Services).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
