**ADVERTISEMENT - PAYROLL EXECUTIVE**
- To provide quality operational supervision, assist the Manager in the daily operations for Payroll.
- To ensure all transactional processes are executed accurately in a timely manner, compliance with statutory requirements, meeting contribution or payment timeline and updating staff data in HRIS.
- Assist and support in the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives and any other ad-hoc project roll out.
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities in quality and efficiency and support implementation efforts.
- Lead payroll team members to ensure efficient operational aspects of payroll processing and associated activities including salary disbursement, overpayment recovery, leave management and reporting are accurate and delivered within appropriate time frames and comply with relevant legislation.
- Coach, mentor, train and coordinate the activities of relevant staff within the team.
- Provide a responsive, accurate client advisory service on payroll matters, resolve difficult enquiries and assist in identifying payroll errors and implementing corrective action where required to ensure employee payments are processed accurately and database integrity is maintained.
- Review, analyse and verify payroll reports and documents to ensure accuracy.
- Coordinate with Account Department for salary transfer.
- Improve in system setting and co-ordinate with vendor on payroll related system, changes, upgrade and enhancement of problem logs.
- Review and implement system, procedures and work processes to enhance internal controls and improve efficiency.
- Together with manager, develop and implement payroll strategy and improvement for effective and efficient process in long term.
- Work with manager and to contribute to process improvement by participating in a range of payroll and service delivery reform activities.

**REQUIREMENT**:

- Degree in Human Resource Management/ Business Administration or its equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years working experience in handling end to end payroll processing with at least 2 years of experience in a supervisory capacity.
- Good interpersonal skills at all levels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Sound numeracy skills, attention to detail and accuracy.
- Able to work independently and to coordinate several activities simultaneously.
- Able to set priorities and meet deadlines.
- Able to identify and deal with problems.
- Personal and people management abilities including supervision, team building and conflict resolution.
- Capable of providing and promoting service excellence and foster effective teamwork and business relationships.
- Experience in the use of Microsoft Office suite of products especially strong analysing skill with Microsoft Excel.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
