**Prepare PO to suppliers.**:

- **Key in PI, Quotations, Purchase Orders, and Invoices for customers.**:

- Manage stock receipt and issuance.
- **Order spare parts from China, Japan, and Singapore.**:

- Update the KPCM system.
- **Arrange logistics clearance at the port.**:

- **Coordinate transport to pick up spare parts from suppliers.**:

- **Return damaged parts to suppliers**.
- Collaborate with Store Keeper and Service PIC for service job arrangements.
- Submit monthly reports to management.

**Job Requirement**
- **At least 1 year of related experience.**:

- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Knowledge of SQL Accounting software is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) is necessary for interactions with mandarin speaking principle.
- **Must be able to travel independently and occasionally attend meetings at the HQ office.**:

- **Must be willing to work in Bayan Baru.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
