**Responsibilities**
- Design sportswear, jerseys, and marketing materials (posters, banners, catalogs, social media assets).
- Produce creative content for TikTok & Instagram (videos, Reels, Stories, captions).
- Edit photos & videos for product highlights, testimonials, and brand storytelling.
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop ad creatives and promotional content.
- Stay updated with social media trends and propose fresh, engaging ideas.
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual and digital content.

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and CapCut (video editing skills are a plus).
- Strong creativity and ability to turn ideas into engaging visuals.
- Passionate about sports, fashion, and digital content creation.
- Able to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Team player with good communication skills.

**Design (Visual & Branding)**
- Create jersey, apparel, and product mockups (sublimation, sportswear, team kits, corporate wear).
- Design marketing materials such as posters, banners, catalogs, and digital ads.
- Ensure all visuals align with brand identity (colors, fonts, premium + hype tone).
- Edit photos & videos for marketing purposes (product highlights, QC process, testimonials, etc.).
- Prepare design assets for dropship kits, recruitment posters, slides, and info packs.

**Content Creation (Social Media & Marketing)**
- Plan and produce TikTok & Instagram content (Reels, Stories, Posts) based on content calendar.
- Write short scripts for UGC, founder’s story, tutorials, behind-the-scenes, etc.
- Keep up with current TikTok/IG trends (songs, memes, POV, hooks).
- Write hype and casual captions that fit AK.WA’s brand voice.
- Ensure every content includes strong CTA (call to action) for preorder, sales, or awareness.

**Marketing Support**
- Collaborate with sales/ads team to produce ad creatives (posters, short videos, headlines).
- Assist in creating visuals for retargeting ads (testimonial posters, short review clips).
- Provide designs & content support for sponsorships and sports events.
- Structure content according to marketing funnel (awareness → engagement → sales → loyalty).

**Technical & Workflow**
- Use design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, CapCut, Premiere/After Effects basic).
- Maintain organized file management system for easy access (Google Drive/Team Storage).
- Build reusable templates (CapCut/Canva) for team & dropship agents.
- Adapt to new formats (e.g., TikTok Shop product listing visuals).

**Creativity & Initiative**
- Generate fresh and innovative campaign ideas.
- Understand the target audience (sports teams, netball, volleyball, futsal, corporate, family wear).
- Proactively suggest new content ideas to increase engagement.
- Contribute creative input for events, promotions, and special projects (e.g., fan edition jerseys).

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
