**Requirements**:

- **Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Food Science & Technology, or a related field** is preferred.
- **At least 2 years of sales experience** in a **health supplement or beauty care setting** is an added advantage.
- **Proficiency in social media marketing** (content creation, flyer design, image editing, video editing, etc.) is a plus.
- **Junior nutritionists are welcome to apply.**:

- **Proficiency in both English and Mandarin** is an advantage.
- **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills** to effectively **interact with customers and team members.**:

- **Ability to stay updated** with the **latest trends in nutrition and health supplements.**:

- **Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace** at an intermediate level.
- **Availability to work on rotational shifts**, including **weekends and public holidays.**

**Responsibilities**
- **Provide health screenings and personalized nutrition consultations** to customers, assessing dietary needs and recommending suitable **nutritional advice and products** for **better health and well-being.**:

- **Create a positive shopping atmosphere** for **customers and team members.**:

- **Stay updated with the latest research and trends** in **nutrition and health supplements** and incorporate them into **product recommendations.**:

- **Manage inventory**, including **monitoring stock levels, expiry dates, and ensuring sufficient product availability.**:

- **Ensure product displays** are visually **attractive and aligned with company guidelines.**:

- **Implement effective merchandising strategies** to boost sales.
- **Adhere to store opening and closing procedures consistently.**:

- **Maintain cleanliness and organization** of the store and work area.
- **Provide support for other nutritionists** when required.
- **Offer customer service support**, **handling product exchanges, refunds, and complaints** if needed.
- **Collect customer insights and feedback**, report **nutrition trends**, and communicate with the **marketing team** to enhance brand awareness.
- **Work closely with the sales team**, develop **work schedules**, and **assign tasks** to **enhance store operations.**:

- **Assist with achieving monthly sales KPIs** for store managers.
- **Handle ad-hoc tasks or paperwork** as required by **supervisors or top management.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM6,000.00 per month
