We are seeking dynamic and service-oriented individuals to join our team as **Telco Retail Associates**. In this role, you’ll be the face of our brand—engaging walk-in customers, offering tailored mobile and broadband solutions, and ensuring a smooth retail experience.

**Job Descriptions**:

- Proactively engage walk-in customers to promote and sell telco products and services, including mobile plans, SIM cards, devices, and accessories
- Assist customers with service-related inquiries, technical troubleshooting, and plan recommendations
- Process bill payments and top-ups, handle transactions using POS systems, and issue receipts accurately
- Maintain proper handling and accountability of cash, stock, and company assets (e.g. SIM cards, smartphones, accessories)
- Ensure the outlet is well-stocked, organized, and aligned with branding and operational standards
- Support in-store promotions and campaigns as directed by management
- Undertake any other tasks or assignments as instructed by the Management team

**Job Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work on a shift schedule, including weekends (5 working days/week with 2 rotational off days)
- Prior experience in telco, retail, or customer service is an advantage
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply—training will be provided
- Tech-savvy, customer-focused, and able to explain telco products clearly
- Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, and attention to detail

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
