About the Role

Responsible for conducting and delivering high value financial analysis as well as developing AIA's financial plans and budgets to facilitate management decision making

Roles and Responsibilities:

- 1. Annual budgeting_
- _ Work with Business Unit teams to compile and consolidate the total annual budget request for the next financial year._
- _ Communicate the allocated budget to the business units_

_Monthly forecasts_
- _ Obtain the forecasts of each month and the remaining year_
- _ Report the forecasts to management_

3.
_Variance Analysis_
- _ Analyze and explain the variances of large expenditure versus the allocated budget to the management_
- 4. Monthly Financial Management Reporting_
- _ Review and Approve Purchase requests in Ariba against the approved budget_
- _ Financial analysis of any ad-hoc issues_
- _ Be accountable for maintaining monthly IT non-controllable and keeping the financials in check._
- _ Be accountable for IT department's timely GR completion and ensure payments are made on time to 3rd Party Vendors._

Job Requirements:
1. Graduate Finance related degree

2. At least 2 years' working experience in Finance position

3. Experience in financial analysis, financial modeling to support and drive business decisions.

4. Results-driven ; a proven record to work well under pressure, with a high degree of adaptability and flexibility in a rapidly changing environment

5. Strong communication and relationship skills to engage with key stakeholders at the senior management level and working level

6. Effective presentation skills

7. Details-oriented and analytical, with an ability to communicate complex issues in simple terms
