**1. Finance / Accounts Intern or Fresh graduate**
- Assist in daily accounting entries and invoice processing.
- Support month-end closing tasks including reconciliation and reporting.
- Help prepare payment vouchers, claims, and filing of documents.
- Perform data entry in accounting systems (e.g., SQL, UBS, or SAP).
- Assist in verifying supplier bills and stock invoices.
- Work closely with the finance team on audits and budget tracking.

**Skills Required**:
Detail-oriented, basic knowledge of accounting principles, good in MS Excel.

**2. Retail Operations Intern or Fresh graduate**
- Support store operations including sales floor arrangement and customer service.
- Assist in stock display, product labeling, and shelf replenishment.
- Perform price checking, barcode tagging, and basic cashier training.
- Participate in daily store opening and closing procedures.
- Help in monitoring cleanliness, stock levels, and store presentation.
- Provide feedback and support on customer engagement strategies.

**Skills Required**:
Energetic, good communication, interest in retail/customer service.

**3. Human Resources (HR) Intern or Fresh graduate**
- Support recruitment processes such as screening CVs and interview coordination.
- Assist in staff onboarding, documentation, and induction processes.
- Help maintain employee records and data entry in HRIS.
- Participate in HR events, training coordination, and employee engagement activities.
- Assist with payroll and attendance tracking support.

**Skills Required**:
Discreet, people-oriented, organized, strong communication skills.

**4. MIS / IT Support Intern or Fresh graduate**
- Assist in troubleshooting basic hardware and software issues.
- Support data entry, system backups, and reporting tasks.
- Help maintain Point of Sale (POS) systems and barcode scanners.
- Assist with IT inventory, device setup, and software updates.
- Generate simple reports using Excel or business systems.

**Skills Required**:
Basic IT/networking knowledge, Excel, logical problem-solving skills.

**5. Receiving Department Intern or Fresh graduate**
- Assist in verifying incoming stock against delivery orders.
- Help record quantities, expiry dates, and product conditions.
- Ensure accurate documentation of stock received into the system.
- Support coordination with suppliers and transporters.
- Monitor and report discrepancies in goods or documents.

**Skills Required**:
Attention to detail, basic stock management knowledge, good coordination.

**6. Warehouse / Store Inventory Intern or Fresh graduate**
- Assist in inventory checks and stock-taking activities.
- Help in organizing and labeling items in the warehouse.
- Monitor movement of goods in and out of storage.
- Support team with packing, sorting, and transfer of products to outlets.
- Update stock records and report shortages or overstock.

**Skills Required**:
Physically active, accurate in counting, team player.

Pay: RM1,812.90 - RM2,500.00 per month
