**Job Descriptions**:

- Provide administrative support for warehouse and logistics operations.
- Verify and process incoming and outgoing goods for the warehouse.
- Coordinate and confirm shipments, including issuing Delivery Orders.
- Assist customers with the collection of their goods.
- Track inventory movement and ensure stock accuracy.
- Handle documentation and filing tasks efficiently.
- Prepare relevant reports to facilitate decision-making.
- Undertake any additional tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM/STPM qualification.
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in inventory tracking and documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Proactive, independent, and able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Good communication skills to liaise effectively with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
- Willingness to work 5.5 days per week
- Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply, training will be provided.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
