1. Responsible in receive and submit company profile collected at section to HQ for registration (if any).

2. Assists Quantity Surveyor (QS) in preparing document for tendering works including proposed list of tenders at section.

3. Assists QS on briefing regarding contractual matters to sub-contractors at section.

4. Asist SM/QS in preparation of all claims such as prepare and compile all documentation of claim including monthly report from sub-contractor before submission to HQ at section.

5. Responsible in collect and update all claims and payment routine, periodic, emergency etc under CMMS system.

6. Attend site valuations of project together with Engineer, Supervisor (SV) and client representative (if necessary) at section.

7. Assist and liaise QS regarding to SOR matters used at section.

8. Responsible in prepare and update any related summary as requested by SM/QS regarding to claim and payments matters.

9. Responsible in receive all related invoice from RN and prepare related documents for recommendation to HQ/SM/QS approval at section.

10. Responsible in receive all related invoice, certified progress report, preparing pro-forma certificate and assist QS to ensure related supporting documents complete for compilation.

11. Responsible in preparation claim to client from preparing and compile all documentation including monthly report before submission to client approval at section.

12. Asist QS in negotiation with client, sub-contractors, third parties appointed (if any) on contractual matters at section.

13. Asist QS regarding procurement item related as per workflow of the operation at section.

14. Any works as instructed by Superior.
- graduated Degree in Quantity surveying
- Experience at least 2 years in related field
