**About the role**

We are seeking a talented and dedicated **Clinical Instructor** to join our esteemed team at **HOSPITAL FATIMAH SCHOOL OF NURSING SDN BHD**. As a Clinical Instructor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of nursing professionals, providing hands-on training and guidance to our nursing students in the **Perak Tengah District Perak** area. This is a full-time position, offering you the opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of the nursing field.

**What you'll be doing**
- Develop and deliver engaging, practical and evidence-based clinical training sessions to nursing students
- Supervise and evaluate students during their clinical placements, providing constructive feedback to enhance their learning and skills
- Collaborate with the nursing faculty to design and implement effective clinical curriculum and assessment strategies
- Serve as a role model, mentor and advocate for nursing students, fostering their professional development
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of clinical education and the overall quality of the nursing programme
- Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations, policies and standards
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in nursing education

**What we're looking for**
- Registered Nurse with a valid practising certificate and a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in the **Healthcare & Medical** industry, with a focus on **Nursing - Educators & Facilitators**:

- Excellent clinical expertise and the ability to effectively transfer knowledge and skills to nursing students
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire students
- Demonstrated experience in curriculum development, assessment and evaluation in a nursing education setting
- Proficient in the use of technology and digital tools to enhance clinical instruction
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and a passion for nursing education

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Ipoh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Language**:

- English and Bahasa Malaysia (preferred)

License/Certification:

- APC (preferred)
