**Job Overview**:
As a Partime Data Entry Admin at Weco Marketing Sdn Bhd, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records by entering data into our systems. Your attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy will ensure the smooth operation of our organization.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Outline the specific tasks and duties the Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for, such as:
- Enter data from various sources into the company database accurately and efficiently.
- Verify and review data for errors, completeness, and inconsistencies.
- Maintain data integrity by regularly updating and cleansing records.
- Assist in data quality improvement initiatives.
- Other ad-hoc activities
**Qualifications**:
- SPM, diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in data entry or a similar role.
- Proficiency in data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of data privacy and confidentiality principles.
**What We Offer**:
- EPF, SOCSO and overtime paid.
**For partimer**:
- RM8/hour
- Working hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (with a 1-hour lunch break)
- Working Day: Mon - Thu Only
- Lunch break is unpaid
- Minimum commitment of one week required
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: RM9.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Rotational shift
