**We are looking for someone with**:

- Degree in any discipline preferably with minimum 3 years in related field and Insurance & Unit Trust industry or any financial services industry
- Has shown credible achievements in previous companies and has gained the confidence of the agency force.
- Has a willingness to learn and embark on new projects
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Preferably with an ability to speak Mandarin

**On the job you will**:

- Lead, Align and Support the sales & financial planning arm of Manulife Business Academy through execution of training content to drive selling best practices, professionalism, competencies and productivity of the agency force
- Improvement of training content and modules to reflect current trends of the industry and to meet all phases of agents’ development.
- Meeting targets and deadlines in responsibilities, projects, training modules and achieves target within the specified timeframe
- Ability to create digital content and manage on virtual platforms.
