**Job Type**:Nutritional Consultant / Customer Service

**Working Location**:Shah Alam, Selangor

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Client Consultation & Nutritional Guidance**
- Conduct personalized consultations to assess customer’s dietary needs, health goals and lifestyle habits.
- Create customized meal plans, supplementation advice and wellness strategies.
- Educate clients on nutrition, food choices, product usage and healthy living practices.

**2. Product/Service Promotion & Sales**
- Recommend and upsell relevant products (supplements, memberships, meal plans) based on customer needs.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets through consultative selling techniques.
- Present promotional offers, bundle deals and loyalty programs during sessions.

**3. Social Media Engagement**
- Regularly update on social media platforms with engaging story content (product highlights, behind-the-scenes, tips, testimonials).
- Use story features to promote products, limited-time offers or upcoming events.
- Engage with followers by replying to DMs, polls and story Q&As to build trust and community.

**4. Customer Relationship Management**
- Build long-term trust with customer by tracking progress and offering continuous support.
- Follow up with customer regularly to encourage adherence, renewals and repurchases.
- Maintain detailed records of consultations, product recommendations and purchase history.

**5. Collaboration & Content Support**
- Work with marketing and product teams to contribute to content creation (tips, testimonials etc.).
- Participate in health workshops and product launches to educate and convert leads.
- Provide feedback to improve products and customer experience based on client responses.

**6. Reporting & Improvement**
- Track KPIs such as sales conversion rate, customer retention and product uptake.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings and emerging nutritional research.
- Provide regular reports on customer feedback, health outcomes and sales performance.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, call center, or client-facing roles preferred.
- Good team player, willing to go the extra mile.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication in [Bahasa Malaysia and English].
- Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively under pressure.
- Willing to learn with a positive attitude and able to commit to the live host schedule
- Positive attitude, good work ethics, and a high level of integrity.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
