**Supervisor/In-charge (Location: KL, Melaka, Penang)**

**Job brief**

We are looking for Supervisor to oversee daily food and beverage operations, ensuring smooth service, high standards, and customer satisfaction. To manage staff, monitor inventory, handle complaints, and ensure compliance with regulations. Responsibilities also include staff scheduling, and cost management and training our floor staff to adhere by the standards set by management.

We are looking for someone who will have the patience, personality and perseverance to thrive in this role.

**Supervisors responsibilities include**:
Staff Management: Supervise, train, and motivate service staff (servers, bartenders, etc.). Assign tasks, manage schedules, and handle performance issues.

Service Standards:Ensure high standards of customer service and maintain a clean and organized service area.

Inventory and Cost Control:Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and assist in managing food and beverage costs.

Customer Satisfaction:Handle customer complaints and feedback, aiming for resolution and satisfaction.

Operations:Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Compliance:Ensure compliance with health, safety, and beverage service regulations.

Other Duties:May assist in menu planning, special event planning, or other tasks as needed.

**Example Duties**:
Serving Tables: Assisting with direct customer service and table management.

Addressing Complaints: Handling and resolving customer concerns.

Staff Coordination: Assisting in training, planning, and assigning work to staff members.

Liaising with F&B Department: Working with the broader F&B team on various projects.

Monitoring Business Volume: Planning for staffing, productivity, and cost management based on anticipated business volume.

**Requirements and skills**
- Proven work experience as a Supervisor/In-charge
- Hands-on experience with cash register and ordering information system
- Basic math skills
- Attentiveness and patience for customers
- Excellent presentation skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Active listening and effective communication skills
- Team spirit
- Flexibility to work in shifts
- High school diploma; food safety training is a plus

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 (based on experience) Job

Type: Full time

Schedule: Rotation shift Expected

Start Date: Immediately

Language: BM & English

**Work Location**:Changkat Bukit Bintang, Jln PRamlee, Sunway, Damansara, Melaka, Penang

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
