**Key Responsibilities**
**Administrative Support**
- Assist in handling daily office operations, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Maintain and update company records, databases, and correspondence.
- Support in scheduling appointments, meetings, and event arrangements.
- Prepare simple reports and presentations when required.
**Marketing Support**
- Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns (online and offline).
- Help manage company social media platforms, including posting content and responding to messages/comments.
- Support in creating marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and presentations.
- Conduct basic market research to gather competitor and customer insights.
- Assist in organising marketing events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Good communication skills in [languages required, e.g., English & Malay].
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with social media platforms is an advantage.
- Eager to learn, detail-oriented, and able to work in a team environment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: RM500.00 per month
