Requirements:

- At least 3 - 5 years of working experience in related field is required for this position.

**Responsibilities**:

- Planning and execution of company's electrical and mechanical projects.
- Coordinate & carry out regular Preventive Maintenance, repairs, servicing and testing on all electrical installations / equipment.
- Organize, coordinate, and monitor all work orders or maintenance requests to ensure they are carried out efficiently within the expected time frame and to inspect the completion of work to ensure it is up to standard.
- Assist with on-site management to ensure project success.
- Strong experience in AutoCAD and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards.
- Ensure the project plan is moving forward to meet anticipated deadlines.
- Responsible for RFI and submittal process.
- Processes owner billings and project-related accounting issues.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
