Sustainability Executive

**Position Overview**: As a Sustainability Executive, you will play a pivotal role in advancing Stenta's commitment to sustainable practices and responsible business operations. Your responsibilities will span across data management, analysis, reporting, and the implementation of sustainability strategies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive meaningful initiatives that align with our corporate sustainability goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Data Management and Analysis**:

- Collect, consolidate, and manage data related to sustainability metrics across various business units and operations.
- Perform comprehensive analysis on sustainability data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and strategic opportunities.
- Utilize data-driven insights to develop recommendations and support decision-making processes.

**2. Reporting**:

- Prepare regular and ad hoc sustainability reports for internal stakeholders, leadership, and external partners, ensuring accuracy and clarity of information.
- Communicate key performance indicators, progress, and achievements related to sustainability initiatives.
- Assist in Environmental, Health & Safety (ESH) department for daily data collection and reporting.

**3. Sustainability Strategy**:

- Contribute to the development and refinement of the organization's sustainability strategy, goals, and targets.
- Collaborate with teams to integrate sustainability considerations into business operations, supply chain, and product development.

**4. Project Coordination and Implementation**:

- Lead and support the execution of sustainability projects, programs, and initiatives across the organization.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of sustainability action plans.

**5. Stakeholder Engagement**:

- Build relationships with internal teams, external partners, regulatory bodies, and industry groups to stay informed about best practices, regulations, and emerging trends in sustainability.
- Represent the organization in sustainability-related events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

**6. Awareness and Training**:

- Raise awareness among employees about the importance of sustainability and encourage their engagement in related initiatives.
- Provide training and resources to help employees understand their role in supporting sustainability goals.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting, preferably in a sustainability context.
- Familiarity with sustainability frameworks, such as GRI Standards or UN Sustainable Development Goals is recommended.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong project management and coordination skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication and presentation skills for conveying complex sustainability concepts to diverse audiences.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across departments and with external partners.
- Knowledge of relevant environmental regulations and industry trends.
- Proficiency in sustainability software and tools is a plus.
- Passion for sustainability and a genuine commitment to driving positive change.
