**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) components on the construction site.
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and project specifications for all MEP works.
- Coordinate effectively with project managers, engineers, and other site supervisors to facilitate seamless project execution.
- Monitor and track the progress of MEP works, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Address and resolve any on-site issues related to MEP installations promptly.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of MEP activities, including progress reports and inspection logs.

**Requirements**:

- A diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience as an MEP Site Supervisor in construction projects.
- In-depth knowledge of MEP systems, codes, and standards.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- **Mandatory**:Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Malay, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, including teams in China.
- **Willingness to relocate**

**Experience**:

- Site Supervisor with MEP: 6 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Chinese (preferred)
- Malay (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 75% (preferred)
