**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Service**:
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival.
- Provide excellent service by assisting with clients
- Address any customer concerns or complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ensure a pleasant dining experience for all clients.
- **Payment Processing**:
- Accurately process all forms of payment (cash,QR Payment & Vircle Card) using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Issue receipts and process refunds when necessary.
- Balance the cash register and ensure all transactions are accounted for at the end of the shift.
- **Order Management**:
- Take customer orders and input them into the system.
- Verify the accuracy of orders before processing payments.
- Ensure proper communication with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely and correct delivery of orders.
- **Cash Handling & Record Keeping**:
- Handle cash transactions and provide accurate change.
- Keep track of cash, Vircle card, and other payment types.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and report any discrepancies to the supervisor.
- **Inventory Management**:
- Assist in monitoring inventory levels of food and beverage supplies.
- Communicate with kitchen and bar staff about low stock or any item shortages.
- **Cleanliness & Organization**:
- Maintain a clean and organized cashier station.
- Follow health and safety regulations to ensure cleanliness in the work environment.
- Ensure proper stock of receipt paper and other cashier-related supplies.
- **Team Collaboration**:
- Work closely with fellow team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Support other departments in tasks when needed, including serving customers or assisting in restocking.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent. Further education or certifications in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in cashiering, customer service, or food and beverage roles is preferred.
- **Skills**:
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in order taking and payment processing.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- **Attributes**:
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented.
- Positive attitude and teamwork skills.
- Reliable and punctual.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
