**Responsibilities:

- **
- **Translate Fashion Designs into Production Files**:Collaborate closely with the Senior Fashion Designer to translate conceptual fashion designs into production-ready files, ensuring accuracy and feasibility for manufacturing.
- **Design Creation**: Develop sketches, mood boards, and concept presentations to communicate design ideas effectively to cross-functional teams. Collaborate with the Senior Fashion Designer to refine and finalize design concepts, ensuring alignment with brand vision and market requirements.
- **Graphic Design**:Conceptualize and create designs for apparel, accessories, and other fashion-related Products, aligning with brand aesthetic and target audience.
- **Print Designing and Prototyping**:Design and execute print patterns and graphics for various fashion collections.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including fashion designers, buyers, product developers and manufacturers, to ensure seamless integration of graphic elements as well as product specifications.
- **Ad Hoc Tasks**: Assist with ad hoc design projects and tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to meet evolving business needs.

**Requirements:

- Possesses minimum Diploma in Fashion Design, Fashion Design & Technology, Graphic Design or related field.
- Familiarity in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) & willingness to learn and develop proficiency in other design software.
- Basic understanding of garment construction, têxtile printing techniques, and production processes.
- Demonstrated visual and artistic skills, with an interest in developing a keen eye for colour, pattern, and detail.
- Creative portfolio showcasing creative design work, demonstrating potential and excellent eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Openness to receiving feedback and learning from more experienced team members.
- Passionate about fashion/fitness
- Problem-solving abilities and proactive attitude towards learning and addressing design and production challenges.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
