**Salary Package**: Basic up to RM3,000 with allowances and commission

**Location**: LaLaport BBCC, Kuala Lumpur

**Job Introduction**:
Be part of our growing team as a **Supervisor**for an exciting **Japanese lifestyle brands**. Assist in leading daily store operations, support the team, and provide excellent customer service. Perfect for those passionate about fashion and lifestyle, with at least **3 years of retail supervisory experience**. **Start date**: 1st July 2025.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to meet sales goals and operational standards.
- Assist in supervising and guiding team members on the shop floor, ensuring smooth shift execution.
- Provide on-the-job coaching and help with onboarding new team members.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in communicating inventory needs to the Store Manager and head office.
- Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards in alignment with brand guidelines.
- Actively engage with customers to deliver a welcoming, friendly, and helpful shopping experience.
- Support the execution of in-store promotions and ensure staff are briefed on product highlights.
- Help manage scheduling, floor assignments, and basic reporting tasks as delegated by the Store Manager.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Supervisor in a retail environment, preferably within fashion, footwear, or lifestyle sectors.
- Strong team player with leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and guide junior staff.
- Passion or experience in footwear and leather products is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable manner.
- Good understanding of customer service excellence and sales floor standards.
- Interest in fashion and trends — from natural and feminine styles to casual and streetwear looks.
- Responsible, organized, and proactive in handling operational support duties.
- Familiarity with social media trends (e.g., Instagram, TikTok) is a plus for brand and customer engagement.
- Preferably with experience in new store openings and setup processes.

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
